We offer a variety of bundles to help fit your design needs and we are happy to curate the right bundle for you. If you don’t see what you’re looking for below, please contact us for a quote.

• Newsletter Bundles: include 10 designed newsletters / e-blasts. These will be designed for mobile but will work on all devices.
  Option 1: Photos and Copy are provided by you. Price: $1,000
  Option 2: We take the photos and copy is provided by you. Includes 10 photos. Price: $2,500
  Option 3: We take the photos and write the copy. Includes 10 photos. Price $4,000

• Packaging Bundles
  Option 1: Original Packaging, 1 flavor, you provide the copy. Price $1,000
  Option 2: Original packaging with 3 variations / flavors, you provide the copy. Price: $3,000
  Option 3: Original packaging with 6 variations / flavors, you provide the copy. Price: $5,000
  Option 4: Modify original packaging, 1 flavor. Price $500

• Digital Campaign Bundle, $850
  Includes:
  1 newsletter, with the option to add an extra banner with “last chance” verbiage to use as a second newsletter
  1 desktop web banner & 1 mobile web banner
  1 image sized for social media ads (6), Instagram (1), Instagram Story (3), Facebook (1), & Pinterest (1)

• Black Friday / Cyber Monday Campaign Bundle, $1500
  Includes:
  2 newsletters, with the option to add an extra banner with “last chance” verbiage to use as a additional newsletters
  2 desktop web banners, 2 mobile web banners
  2 images / graphics sized for social media ads, Instagram, Instagram Story, Facebook, & Pinterest

Web Design

• Basic, 5-page, informational site, no e-commerce. Starting at $3,500.

• Simple, 1 product e-commerce site. Starting at $5,000.

• 6-10 pages, basic e-commerce site. Approximately 5 products. Starting at $10,000.

• A more-than-basic but not elaborate e-commerce site. Starting at $17,000.

• An e-commerce site. Starting at $25,000.

• An elaborate e-commerce site. Starting at $45,000.

With all of these, you will be in control of the site when we are finished. No more developer costs. We will provide a how-to guide to making updates. Call us if you want to add templated pages in the future, but otherwise, the site is yours, as it should be.

Note: there is always a hosting fee, which is ongoing (monthly or yearly) and something you pay for through the host, not through us.

Graphic Design

Here pricing can range quite a bit depending on what you need. These can either be done per project or per hour. We are happy to provide a quote based on your needs. Since this varies based on project, we are unable to list prices here.

Our hourly rate is $125 per hour. Our branding kits start at $2,500.

You can purchase blocks of hours if that works better for you!

• 15 hours, $1,800

• 20 hours, $2,360

• 30 hours, $3,360

• 40 hours, $4,000

Photography & Videography

For studio shots, in our studio here at White Space Design, we have flat rate charges for that. If you know you need, say, 5-10 photos for your holiday launch and need them cropped for your website, Instagram, and potentially for general use in the future, we can work with that! Here is a price breakdown based on the number of edited photos needed.

• 8-10 photos, $500

• 11-15 photos, $1,000

Note: The product must be provided for the shoot and if it is expected to be returned (non-perishable items), please include a return label.

Monthly Retainers

If you need help on a monthly basis but don’t want to hire an in-house designer, we can help you. You would not be tied to any particular project, we would keep track of our hours and keep you informed when we approach the limit. These are year-long contracts that are billed monthly. If you are a retainer client, your projects take priority!

• 15 hours a month, $1,800

• 20 hours a month, $2,360

• 30 hours a month, $3,360

• 40 hours a month, $4,000
